Hello, my name is Michelle Gwaltney. As a Clinical Christian Counselor, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, faith-based guidance that nurtures emotional and spiritual healing. Rooted in the love and teachings of Jesus Christ, I strive to support individuals and families through life’s challenges with empathy, integrity, and hope, fostering wholeness and renewed purpose in a safe, welcoming environment. My counseling style is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that empowers clients to develop effective coping skills. By addressing thought patterns and behaviors, I guide individuals toward practical strategies for managing challenges, fostering resilience, and promoting emotional and spiritual growth in alignment with Christian values. I offer compassionate, faith-based support for clients facing anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship challenges, self-esteem, abuse, decision-making, loneliness, and job or career issues. Drawing from my diverse background working for a Fortune 500 company for two decades, raising children abroad, and experiencing marriage challenges of my own, my goal is to empower clients with effective coping skills, fostering emotional and spiritual healing through Christ-centered guidance.
